Who We Are

When stranded in the wilderness, the four survival priorities are:

1) Shelter
2) Water
3) Fire
4) Food

Everyday life is not much different, yet far too many people do not have access to even the most basic, decent, affordable housing. We believe it’s our responsibility to change this. We want to create a new paradigm for the FIRSTPRIORITY.

Having a decent, affordable place to live isn't a right, which is why we believe that it's all of our responsibility to see that those less fortunate do. We believe that only the non-profit sector with the assistance of government in removing roadblocks can solve the problem.

Our mission is to change lives by providing high quality affordable homes to extremely low income individuals and families.

Our vision is to develop and build life-changing neighborhoods where extremely low income renters can not only find high quality, energy efficient, affordable homes but also experience a "pride of ownership" similar to a homeowner.

Because we are a 501(c)(3) organization, your donations are tax deductible to the maximum extent allowed by law. We are all-volunteer run, and 100% of your donations go directly towards furthering our mission. Thank you for your generous support.
